September 2007- Present:  Operation and Ownership of American Discount Web Hosting (http://www.adwh.com/).

March 2006 – September 2007: Position of Public Trust as the Site Implementation Lead for Lockheed Martin TSS - AFSS Program

Duties Include:  Ensuring that all systems and people receive the resources necessary to successfully implement the new Lockheed Martin/FAA Flight Services Program (FS21) in Fort Worth.

Installing Equipment on an ad-hoc basis.

Tracking assets and ensuring proper configuration.

Dealing with vendors to ensure that corrective actions are taken in a timely manner to avoid any delays in the site going “live”.

November 2002-March 2006: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Fort Worth. Dedicated support of the T-50 Korean Fighter Trainer Program & Process Control Administrator.

Duties included: Authoring, publishing and updating of Standard Operating Instructions and Policies for the installation and upgrade of enterprise printers and desktop computing systems. Authoring, publishing and updating of Standard Operating Instructions for the remediation of viruses and other malware.

Introduction and set up of Microsoft’s Windows Terminal Services in a secure manner to eliminate the need of dual-booted computers that were maintenance and setup intensive.

Development of dual boot Windows 2000 & XP Professional set up for DOD security purposes in order to keep two networks completely separate and to minimize the expenditure of funds on duplicate hardware. Installation and maintenance of all software products on these systems.

Set up and maintenance of a small (300 seat) Windows 2003 Domain with Windows Terminal Services for overseas clients and distribution of software. Installation and maintenance of all software products.  Responsible for ensuring the security and continuity of availability of all resources on this network.

July 1997-November 2002: Computer Sciences Corporation. Project Management team, Enterprise Servers Group – Y2K Coordinator, Problem Resolution and Dedicated Support.

Duties included: Development of Y2K Transition and Contingency plans.

Design and implementation of DBMS (Microsoft Access) to track Servers for Y2K issues.

Performance measurement and reporting for UNIX and NT production servers.

Year 2000 Lab setup and maintenance.

Coordination with Application and Database Designers for Y2K testing requirements.

Coordination and testing of Productions Servers for Y2K compliancy.

Master Domain Account Administrator supporting the Lockheed-Martin Intranet co-located in Fort Worth Texas.

Master Domain accounts creation, Risk assessment, and Job definition, Migration of users from MS Mail to Exchange.

August 1996 - July 1997: Local Area Network Administrator for Tamrock USA in Atlanta GA. 

Duties included:  Administration of a Novell file Server.

Assisted in installing and integrating a Windows NT Server into the existing network

End-user support of desktop and laptop hardware and software and peripherals in a office environment using Novell NetWare 4.1 with NS Router to an AS/400 production machine

Developing a configuration of Windows 95 for use in this environment

Setup and scheduling classes on Microsoft products for new users

Asset management for the MIS department

March 1995 - August 1996: PC\LAN Technical Support (Level 2) and Help Desk DBMS Designer for the Ticketing Project for the 1996 Olympic Games for with IBM.

Duties included: Customer support of desktop and laptop hardware and software in a LAN environment

Configuration of software and hardware for use in this environment

Assisting the network engineer and the systems administrator in support of the hardware for the ticketing program

Training and supervision of personnel to run the production line.

Setup and management of a network shared DBMS (Microsoft Access) to track problems during games period.
